Interesting approach to connecting the Finder more with the Terminal.

Control the Finder with the Terminal – Mac OS X Hints.

Personally I am satisfied with just using “open .” from the Terminal and dragging a folder from the Finder to the Terminal icon to open a Terminal window and cd there right away.
